The 16PF5 Conversion course is an exciting alternative to the 16PF5 training programme. This Conversion course is for practitioners well versed in the SA92 and older versions of the 16PF. This course introduces the user to a significant number of improvements which have been made to the original 16PF5 questionnaire, whilst retaining the basic structure of the test. Some of the state-of-the-art changes to the 16PF5 include three new response style indices to determine the validity of test results and a new reasoning factor.
