EQ-360™ Training

Based on the EQ-i® assessment, the EQ–360 assesses emotional intelligence (EQ) from a multirater perspective (up to 50 raters from different rater groups at no additional per person cost).  With the EQ–360 assessment, observer ratings are compared with the results of a standard EQ-i self-assessment that has been completed by the individual of focus.  A more complete 360-degree profile emerges in which external impressions of a subject’s EQ are combined with a person’s own self-rating.

The EQ-360 uses ratings by peers, supervisors, subordinates and other to gain a wide perspective on an individual’s emotional intelligence.  This comparison of external ratings with the examinee’s self-impression dramatically increases self-awareness.  The results of the EQ-360 are used to create an individual roadmap to improved emotional intelligence and ultimately to improved performance.
