Hogan Assessment Suite Training

Please enquire about our significant student discount.

The Hogan training accredits professionals on three assessments, namely: the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS), and the Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory (MVPI).  Together this triad measures what has become known as the ‘light side, the dark side and the inside’ of personality.  Used extensively worldwide, they are invaluable to those companies wishing to select and develop their employees.  Complementary credits are included in the cost of the training.

Synopsis of Training

The two day training course covers the use of all three of the inventories in the Hogan Assessment Series.  During the training, the participants are equipped with the necessary skills to administer, interpret and provide feedback on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Hogan Development Survey (HDS) as well as the Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI).

The various applications for the series are also covered and each participant is given the opportunity to practice his or her interpretation and feedback skills.  After the training, the participants are given the opportunity to assess two people, on all three inventories, and then to practice their feedback skills with support from a Hogan-trained consultant.  During the two day training, the development and statistical properties of the instruments are NOT covered in detail.  But, each participant receives complimentary copies of the technical manuals for their own information.
