The Team Emotional and Social Intelligence Survey™ (TESI®) provides information on the current levels of emotional and social intelligence in the team from the perspective of the team members. Teams are the source of most of the productivity, creativity and reliability in organizations. Work and play are both successful – or not – because of the quality of teams performing the mission at hand. Each member of the team rates the team’s skills from his or her perspective. This allows all team members and the leaders to understand the levels of identification with the team, satisfaction, engagement, and perceived skills in areas such as communications and conflict resolution.
