Practical Ethics – CPD Workshop

This workshop addresses ethical issues faced by practitioners in their daily work environments. It aims to highlight current legislation changes and practical problems for practitioners through using interactive case studies. The place and value of ethics in psychology is discussed, as well as the role of legislation in ethics in South Africa.

CV of the Trainer

Lize Strauss is a Psychometrist in Independent Practice with experience in the corporate environment, focusing on selection and assessment centers. She manages the JvR Bureau Service and IT departments, and is presently studying towards an MBA through Unisa.  She has a special interest in electronic assessment as well as the ethical aspects of psychology.
