Psychopathology in the Workplace – CPD Workshop

Do you know a colleague, boss, or employee who has no boundaries, is emotionally blunt and has no conscience?  A person that lies, who is cold, insensitive and on a ruthless quest for power and recognition?  Are these characteristics (which are commonly found in the work environment) pathology or personality?  This workshop is designed for those interested in different personality disorders and psychopathological behaviour frequently found in the workplace.  It includes both important information for all psychologists and psychometrists wishing to ensure adherence to their ‘scope of practice’, as prescribed by the HPCSA, as well as highlighting the various clinical assessments that are available and possible alternatives that are appropriate for organisational settings.
