About the MBTI® instrument
According to CPP, Inc., publisher of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator ® (MBTI®) instrument, more than two million people complete MBTI Questionnaires annually in the US alone, making it the most widely used and reliable personality assessment in the world. Over 50 years of research and use support the MBTI instrument’s reliability as a useful tool for management and human resource development, career and personal counseling, teambuilding and improving communication.
The MBTI’s wide-ranging applications promote growth and development in many organisational settings, including business, counselling, and education. “I always enjoy training courses at JvR. I only attended Step 2 on the last day as I had previously completed Step 1 in 2006. I found Fatima to be engaging, knowledgeable and very professional in her interaction with delegates and her passion for the instrument and its many and varied applications is apparent. In addition, Alida is always the consummate professional and deals with everyone extremely graciously. Thank you for an excellent course, presenter, admin staff and venue. I thoroughly enjoyed the training and look forward to my next course at JvR.” – Karl Heslop
“I enjoyed the course and also learned a lot about my own type it was a great learning experience.” – Marie van der Merwe
