Assessment Accreditation

In order to use some of our premium assessments you need to be certified in their use.  This is to protect the integrity of the test, the ethical use of the results and ensure the appropriate use of the instrument.

Compulsory Training

Contractually JvR offers a number of trainings that are a prerequisite to accessing the applicable assessment. They are:

  • MBTI® Certification Programme (includes previous Step I and Step II training) – 4 days (International Accreditation)
  • Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i®)  and Emotional Quotient 360 (EQ-360™) – 3 days (International Accreditation)
  • The Hogan Suite – 2 days (includes training on the Hogan Personality Inventory (HPI), the Motives, Values and Preferences Inventory (MVPI) and the Hogan Development Survey (HDS)) (International Accreditation)
  • Mayor-Salovey-Caruso Emotional Intelligence Test (MSCEIT™) – 2 days (International Accreditation)
  • California Personality Inventory (CPI™) – 2 days (International Accreditation)
  • Team Emotional and Social Intelligence SurveyTM (TESI®) – 1 day (International Accreditation)
  • 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire Fifth Edition (16PF® 5) – 2 days (National Accreditation)
  • Learning Potential Computerised Adaptive Test (LPCAT) – 1 day (National Accreditation)

Voluntary Training

  • Millon™ Clinical Multiaxial Inventory III (MCMI-III™) – 2 days (National Accreditation)*
  • Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory-2™ (MMPI-2™) – 2 days (National Accreditation)*
  • Readucate/ Rebecca Ostrowiak Reading Programme – 8 days (National Accreditation)
  • Vienna Test System (VTS): Basic Training – 1 day  (National Accreditation)
  • Work Personality Index – 1 day (International Accreditation)
  • Profile Match – 1 day (International Accreditation)

* Due to the clinical nature of these two assessments, if you choose not to attend the training you will be required to sign a declaration of competence.
